By registering for and participating in educational programs, classes, workshops, or live group mentorship sessions (“Sessions”), you provide your express and informed consent for Finanzo to record such Sessions. You acknowledge that recording the Sessions is a condition of participation in their live interactive format.
10.2. Purpose and Strictly Limited Use. Recordings are made solely and exclusively for the purpose of making them available to participants enrolled in the same program or course through Finanzo’s educational platform so they may review the content. Recordings will not be sold, publicly distributed, or used for external commercial, advertising, or marketing purposes without obtaining additional, specific, written consent from participants whose personal information is visible.
10.3. Capture of Personal Information. You acknowledge and agree that your active participation in the Sessions may result in the capture of your personal information, including without limitation your name, image (video), voice (audio), and any content, comments, or questions you share. To protect your privacy, you are advised not to disclose sensitive or confidential personal information (such as specific financial data, health information, or similar matters) during group Sessions.
10.4. Participant Content License. To the extent that your interventions, questions, or comments during a Session contain intellectual property, you grant Finanzo a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such contributions solely as an integral part of the Session recording and exclusively for the internal educational purposes described herein.
10.5. Participation Options and Privacy Inquiries. Finanzo will implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect participant privacy. If you have concerns regarding recording, you may choose to participate in the Sessions with your video camera turned off and/or by using a username that does not directly identify you.
