Our commitment is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to genuinely evaluate our programs. This policy is designed to be fair to our students while also protecting the integrity of our content.
1. Refund Period. We offer a conditional fourteen (7)-day refund period for our digital educational programs, beginning on the date of purchase.
2.Refund Eligibility. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request to [email protected] within the 30-day period. We reserve the right to verify your level of participation through our platform analytics, class attendance, and implementation activity.
3.Proof of Participation. For certain programs, we may require you to submit completed assignments or exercises as evidence that you made a good-faith effort to apply the educational materials before a refund is considered. This requirement, if applicable, will be stated on the sales page for the specific product.
4.Non-Refundable Items. Completed one-on-one coaching or mentoring sessions are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any product or service once the 14-day period has expired.
5.Chargebacks. You agree to contact us to request a refund before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Initiating a chargeback without first following our refund process may result in termination of your access to all current and future Finanzo services and programs.
6.Right to Deny. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy. This policy is intended to give our students a genuine opportunity to engage with our materials, and not to facilitate misuse of our intellectual property.
