General Nature. All information and content provided by Finanzo are of a general educational and informational nature. They are not tailored to your particular financial situation.

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice. Our Services are not a substitute for advice from a qualified and licensed financial advisor, accountant, or lawyer who can assess your individual circumstances.

Personal Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all financial decisions you make. Finanzo is not responsible for any action or omission you take based on the information provided.

B. General Investment Risks

The following risks apply to any investment activity, including any future offering in which you may separately participate with affiliates of Finanzo. Investing involves substantial risks.

Market Volatility. The value of investments may decrease as well as increase. Financial markets are volatile and subject to fluctuations.

Loss of Capital. There is no guarantee of returns. You could lose part or all of the money you invest.

C. Limitations of Artificial Intelligence Tools

Our AI-assisted tools provide analysis and scenarios based on the data you enter and general financial principles. They are not predictive of future outcomes and may contain errors or inaccuracies. The output of these tools does not constitute financial advice.

D. Risks of Private Real Estate Placements

If, in the future, you choose to participate in private real estate investments offered by a Finanzo affiliate under applicable securities exemptions, you should be aware of the following specific risks.

Illiquidity. Private placements are not publicly traded and may be difficult to sell. You may be required to hold your investment for an extended period.

Loss of Capital. Real estate values may decline, which could result in the total loss of your investment.

Leverage Risk. The use of borrowed funds (leverage) may amplify both gains and losses.

E. Clarification of Regulatory Status

Finanzo is an EDUCATIONAL company. It is not registered with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) or with any other securities regulator in any capacity, including as an advisor or investment dealer.

Any future activity related to the distribution of securities will be conducted separately from Finanzo’s educational services, through properly registered entities or in strict compliance with available prospectus exemptions under securities laws, such as National Instrument 45-106.
